Kayan Elsahel is a company from the Confederation of two companies “Concreto Ready Mix” to its owner Ahmed Shaban and “Elsahel For Trading & distribution” to its owner Mohammed Shaban and aim to expand in the Saudi market with their expertise. Kayan Elsahel provides all construction services as supply ready mix concrete, cement, and cement blocks.
